My Aim is to do all the workouts at your home or mine if prefered, I will provide what
equipment we need for each individual workout unless you prefer to use your own,
there will be no need to go to a gym for these workouts, even though I am a fitness
Instructor at my local gym
I also believe that slogging your guts out for hours and hours is not always the best
method, I can get you moving and getting results with just 30 - 45 minutes maximum
each workout, I recommend it’s done at least 3 times a week with walking where ever
possible on the other days.
